Fall Exploration Camp 2026!

Fall is a great time to get outside and explore! At Fall Exploration Camp, campers will spend their days trying new things, learning about nature, getting active, and having fun with friends. Each day brings a mix of hands-on activities, outdoor adventures, and plenty of time to explore and enjoy the season.

Camp Details

Camp activities, field trips, and guest speakers are subject to change based on availability, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Location: Galena Creek Visitor Center

Dates: Monday October 5th -Friday October 9th

Ages: 8-13

Drop Off: 9:00-9:30AM Pickup: 3:30-4:00PM

Cost: $275 per camper

Campers will need to bring a lunch from home each camp day. 1 small snack offered each afternoon.

Whether searching for signs of wildlife, exploring the forest, learning about seasonal changes, or enjoying time around the campfire, campers will have the opportunity to adventure into Galena Creek and discover the wonders of the Sierra Nevada through hands-on exploration, outdoor activities, and unforgettable fall adventures!

Days are filled with guided hikes, outdoor games, nature exploration, science activities, crafts, and camp traditions designed to encourage curiosity, teamwork, and a deeper connection to the natural world.
